We strive to provide meaningful and rich tarot experiences. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent regarding our digital goods.
Failed or Stuck Readings
If you pay for a reading but our system fails to generate it due to a server error, timeout, or AI hallucination, our automated system will automatically mark the payment as refunded and return a free credit to your account within 24 hours. If it does not, contact us for a manual refund.
Completed Readings
Because our service provides immediate access to digital, highly personalized generated content, completed readings are non-refundable. Once a reading has been successfully generated and delivered to your dashboard, we cannot issue a refund simply because the content of the reading was not what you expected.
Tarot is a mirror, and sometimes the messages reflect challenges we must face. If you experience technical faults (like missing text or garbled formatting) in a completed reading, we will gladly re-generate it for you.
