Our Commitment

We want you to be satisfied with your Mystic Tarot experience. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund.

When You Are Eligible for a Refund

  • Your reading failed to generate due to a technical error on our end
  • You were charged but did not receive a reading and cannot access it via your account
  • You experienced a duplicate charge for the same reading

When Refunds Are Not Available

  • A reading has been successfully generated and delivered (regardless of satisfaction with the content)
  • Credits have been consumed for completed readings
  • More than 14 days have passed since the purchase

Tarot readings are a personal and subjective service. We cannot offer refunds based on disagreement with the reading's content or interpretation.

How to Request a Refund

Email refunds@mystic-tarot.app with:

  • Your account email or order ID
  • Date of purchase
  • Description of the issue

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days depending on your payment method.
